THE TEN METABOLIC TYPES CHART
(General Nutritional Guidelines For Each Type)
THE VEGETARIAN CATEGORY
(Sympathetic Nervous System Dominance)

TYPE 1
STRICT Vegetarian Type - can live ENTIRELY and COMFORTABLY on Fruits, Vegetables and Nuts. Does WELL with DARK Green Vegetables like Romaine, Kale, Chard, etc. Meat puts them to sleep or makes them groggy.

TYPE 4
Non-strict Vegetarian - cross between a STRICT Vegetarian and a Balanced Metabolizer. Needs 4 oz. or so per day of Animal Protein, in addition to Fruits, Vegetables and Nuts. Acceptable Proteins include Eggs, Dairy Products, Beans, Chicken and Fish.

TYPE 6
A cross between the other two Vegetarians (1 & 4) and is a POOR Vegetarian Metabolizer! Needs a 30% GREATER volume of food, since nutrients are NOT absorbed as well!

Conditions that Vegetarians are prone to:
People with a Vegetarian Metabolism are prone to infections, yet they are highly RESISTANT to Colds and Flu. They are also highly SUSCEPTIBLE to Constipation, Diabetes, Ulcerative Colitis, Rheumatic Arthritis, Hardening of the Arteries, and Cancer.

General Guidelines for Vegetarian Metabolizers:
Folic Acid - 2 to 5 mg. per day
Niacin - 100 mg.
B-1, B-2, B-6 - about 200 mg. each
B-15 - NOT more than 50 mg.
Vitamin C (Abscorbic Acid) - up to 10 grams per day
Vitamin D - 400 I.U. per day
Vitamin K - 3 to 6 mg. per day
Biotin - 150 to 200 mcg. per day
Potassium, Manganese, Chromium and Zinc Supple- mentation may be taken, but STAY AWAY from IRON supplements!
Hydrochloric Acid (Betaine Hydrochloride) - 1 to 2 per meal
Protein Enzymes - 3 per meal
In general, a Vegetarian will feel TIRED, when he/she eats very much MEAT!
Do NOT eat PAST 2 hours before bedtime!

THE BALANCED CATEGORY
(Autonomic Nervous System Balanced)

TYPE 10
Super-Efficient Metabolizer - needs SMALL amounts of food. Can eat HALF as much as NORMAL people, yet feel SATISFIED and really PEPPY! Also needs very LITTLE sleep!

TYPE 8
It doesn't MATTER what people in this Metabolic Type eat as long as it's NUTRITIOUS! They ENJOY and BENEFIT from food in both Vegetarian and Meat-Eating categories.

TYPE 9
Same as type 8, except these people crave COOKED food and are very uncomtortable with RAW food! Need 70-80% COOKED food in their diet to feel their BEST!

TYPE 3
Is a POOR Metabolizer - absorbs ONLY 10-15% of food intake. Has to eat ENORMOUS amounts of food to get ENOUGH nutrition into his/her body! Needs MORE Enzymes and Hydrochloric Acid (Betaine Hydrochloride).

Conditions that Balanced Metabolizers are prone to:
People with a Balanced Metabolism are SUSCEPTIBLE to ANY ailment and condition, since they fall in the MIDDLE of the other two groups. However, they usually are HEALTHIER, HARDIER people! If they do get ILL, they'll respond BETTER and QUICKER to good nutrition than people in the other two groups!

General Guidelines for Vegetarian Metabolizers:
A good all-around BALANCED Multiple Vitamin-Mineral supplement, plus Hydrochloric Acid (Betaine Hydrochloride) - 1 to 2 per meal, and Protein Enzymes - 2 to 3 per meal.
A WHOLESOME diet - over 50% RAW food for Types 3, 8, & 10 - 70 to 80% COOKED foods for Type 9, including Organically-grown (if possible) Grains, Dairy Products, Vegetables, Fruits, and Animal Proteins.
All Types need a very WIDE variety of foods.

THE MEAT-EATING CATEGORY
(Parasympathetic Nervous System Dominance)

TYPE 2
The EXTREMELY Carnivorous person - feels BETTER when he/she eats Meat EVERY day - up to 14 oz. of Beef, Venison, Lamb, Sardines or Salmon. NEEDS and ENJOYS Butter and Cream. Non-green Vegetables are particularly good, such as Cauliflower and Cabbage.

TYPE 5
A cross between EXTREME Meat-Eater and the person with a Balanced Metabolism. Needs Meat, but can go several days WITHOUT it and have NO problems!

TYPE 7
A cross between the other two Meat-Eaters (Types 2 & 5) and is a POOR Metabolizer (Type 3)! Needs GREATER volume of food! Needs MORE Enzymes - 5 to 9 per meal, and more Hydrochloric Acid (Betaine Hydrochloride) REGULARLY - 2 to 3 per meal.

Conditions that Meat-Eaters are prone to:
People with a Meat-Eating Metabolism are SUSCEPTIBLE to such ailments as Oily Hair, Dandruff, or Acne. They are also MORE likely than average to have MORE serious conditions such as Osteo-Arthritis, Ulcers, Mucous Colitis, SEVERE Headaches, Diarrhea, LOW Blood Sugar, or even a tendecy towards a MASSIVE Heart Attack! If a person is a Male, he is much MORE prone than the average Male to have sexual problems such as premature ejaculation. If a person is a Female, she is also MORE prone to be unable to gain FULL sexual satisfaction.

General Guidelines for Meat-Eating Metabolizers:
Vitamin A - 10, 000 I.U. per day
B-Complex - Pantothenic Acid, Niacinamide, Inositol, Choline, B-1, B-2, B-6 intake to 50 mg. per day, B-12 - 500mcg. per day, B-15 - up to 500 mg. per day Vitamin E - 1200 I.U. per day
STAY AWAY from Niacin, and use ONLY Niacinamide. STAY AWAY from Abscorbic Acid (Vitamin C), and take ONLY Calcium Ascorbate - up to 10 grams per day! If you have Cancer, then take Sodium Ascorbate, unless you are on a Sodium-Restricted diet.
RNA - from Sardines, Salmon, or RNA supplements
Carrot Juice - 1 pint per day
Eat before bedtime - you'll sleep BETTER!
